How many cards in a pack? (TRADE ONLY)
 
All cards supplied to Trade customers are sold in packs of 6, unless otherwise stated.

All RETAIL items are sold individually.
 
What are the payment options?

Payment via PayPal is currently the only method available.
Payment at Counting Stars is safe and secure.
You can use any of the following cards online:
  • Mastercard and Visa credit cards
  • Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron debit cards
What is a security code?

The Security Code (or CVV2 number) on your credit/debit card is a security measure we require for all transactions.
Since a CVV2 number is listed on your card, but is not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number is to physically have possession of the card itself.
Most credit/debit cards have the three digit CVV2 number on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip.

Do I need to create an account before I can purchase?

Yes you need an account to make purchases. Registering is easy, all we require is a username, password and some basic details to get started.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Once entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re enter them again for your next order.

What is Counting Stars' returns policy?

To return one or more items please:
 
  • In the first instance, please contact us with your reason for wanting to return the item(s).
  •  
  • Package using the original envelope or box your goods were sent in, if possible. If the envelope or box is damaged please use a suitable alternative envelope or box.
When we receive your returned items we will confirm receipt by email to you.


How do I track my order?

For orders sent via Royal Mail First Class, tracking information is not available. If you would like the item sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, this can be done at added cost. These items would then be trackable via Royal Mail.
Orders sent via Courier will be trackable. Once your order has been dispatched you'll be sent an email confirming that your products are on route. This email will contain a link directing you to the carriers website, where you can track your order.
You can also view this code in your account by clicking on the orders tab and selecting the specific order.

No. All items available on the Counting stars website are sold in British Pounds (GBP).
